02No. We assess the garment construction, fabric, condition, and requested fit before we confirm the scope and quote.
Can you redesign vintage garments?
03Yes, if the garment and materials allow it. We can discuss redesign ideas, but the final result depends on the usable fabric and construction.
When are appointments available?
04Appointment times are available by arrangement during our weekday opening hours, and Saturday slots can also be arranged in advance.
Do you check the fit at collection?
05Yes. We can review the finished piece at collection and handle a small final adjustment if needed, while keeping the agreed design.
